OUR COMPANY AND STORE POLICIES:

 

 

Freshwater stingrays and freshwater discus are not guaranteed at all.

Any fish discounted with a coupon is never guaranteed.

Saltwater invertebrates, saltwater sharks and stingrays are not guaranteed at all.

Our store policy- all other fish are guaranteed for 24 hours from point of sale. On the second day you get half credit replacement value if necessary.

After the 2nd day, there are absolutely no guarantees whatsoever.

It is the customers responsibility to p/u telephone within that 24 hours and also bring back the dead fish and a water sample SEPARATE from the dead fish. If the fish is chewed up or attacked there is absolutely no credit whatsoever.

 

 

OUR COMPANY POLICY FOR SERVICE CLIENTS:

We guarantee all new fish 7 days from point of sale, not from service. We must still be notified within the first week.

 

 

OUR GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE LIKE CASH. IF YOU LOSE THE GIFT CERTIFICATE THERE WILL BE NO REPLACEMENTS GIVEN SINCE ANYONE CAN USE THEM.

NO coupons permitted on extremely rare and exotic fish.
